Great tips Kris!
I watched John’s video a while ago, it can be very powerful if people actually take action and do it.
That’s one thing I need to do… focus when I work. I get distracted to easily.
Joel Osborne
That’s the key TAKING ACTION!
Thanks for your input Joel!
Kris
Great advice Chris
One of the most difficult things to do is to remain focused on the important things that need to be done. It is far too easy to get sidetracked.

Hi Chris,
Hey, thanks for the all the great info. I know the way you explain it is the way it should be done, but I get side tracked so easy. I set up my to do list and start out just fine and then something will happen unexpectedly and I’m off in another direction. It takes a lot of self control and sticking to the plan. Have a great day and I will talk to you soon.
John
Thank you for your ideas and what a way to start 2009!!!
Hey Chris
Great video, just finished watching it, planning on taken action starting tonight.
Thanks Ken
Hi Kris,
Thanks for the great product! This lesson ties right in with it. This will help me finish getting a product out faster. One that I’ve been working on way too long.
Ok, I’m holding my nose and jumping off the high board… that always gets me focused.
Graham
Excellent Stuff. I am going to go over the content three times
to learn this amazing Tutorials.
Thanks again
Hey Kris,
Great stuff! I echo many of the other good comments and applaud you for what you are doing.
Because I feel you will go far and fast may I offer a couple of suggestions to improve your presentation? “I’m assuming yes
”.
1. You use a lot of unnecessary filler words such as “right” “uh” “um”. These are distracting to the message you’re trying to communicate and wasteful of your listener’s time. If you have a Toastmasters International Chapter near you, you might check it out. Http://toastmasters.org to locate a chapter near you.
2. You speech is sometimes too rapid and words slurred together for my old slow ears to comprehend. Slow down and enunciate each word clearly.
3. Your facial expression and body language is already very good. You make a very good impression.
Keep up the good work.
Charles
Hi Kris, How are you?
This is a tough one for most people to do,the ones that can do this are the ones that will move forward in business, Kris if you stick to your plans and goals you will make the money show me the money.
Thomas
I use a whiteboard (dry erase board) to organize my to-do list.
Great infor Kris.
Thanks for all the time you are putting into imparting your information.
Jo
Hey Kris,
Sorry it’s taken me awhile to get to watching this video. So many things
going on in my life, I have to wait until night time to really concentrate on
taking in information because then the house is quieter. I have no choice
but to focus on one thing at a time because I am a 50 year old with Adult
ADD. I am also a caretaker during the day for my fiance’ when he is having a bad day, he is disabled with RA and Gout. I also work part time because I have Fibromyalgia and my boss has cut my hours and changed my job to
enable me to keep working at least part time. I am in the process of adding
items on my website to Add To Cart buttons so my customers can order
more than one item at a time through Pay Pal. That is where my main focus is right now. I will try the To Do List, however with my lifestyle
I’m not sure how it will work. Thanks for the great info as always. Beth
Hey Kris,
Wow just watched John’s video, this is really powerful stuff, I’m going to start on this first chance I have tommorow. I already have a ton to do tonight, thank you again. Beth
Thanks for the blessing Kris. Even though we may know many of these so called secrets. It’s great to have this particular formula, because it fits my
style so well. The proof is in the pudding. I will keep you updated on how
effective your blog post has affected my life. Peace to you and your.

Kris,
Awesome information very enjoyable format .Your knowlege base is very extensive i am looking forward to learning many things from you over the next little while. Keep up the great work you do to help us all who are here to earn from a master.
Kris,
Thanks for keeping me motivated and helping me with my time management. These are the things that help us to work smarter.
We all know that if you work smarter you have a better chance of making money.
Thanks,
Marty
Thanks Kris – as you can see from this date you are still affective…
Pertinent information since there is a lot of information overload out there in cyberspace. The 2 hour chunks is helpful since that fits in well with the 4 hour work week strategy — at least for the day?? GREAT advice on checking emails only 2x/day. They can certainly eat up a lot of time.
Question: I did not realize that all those surfing the net at Starbucks are paying for the privilege? Since have a data card I don’t need it – What does it cost? – By the way interesting story.
Have a GREAT day, Wendy
Hey Kris thanks for the video it makes a lot of sense. I wanted to ask you if you could dedicate one video on Massive Traffic.
I’ve put up a website on the net and am doing Article campaign but not one click on the Adsense yet.
Can you shed some light into that please.
What else I could do to channel traffic to my website?
(URL is above )
regards
Michael.
Nice tips.
Anyway, hate my ISP.
It takes extremely long to load the screencast…
Hi All,
Hey Kris. Great post. I implemented your technique and it works very well for me. It is just my to do list grows faster then I can knock things off!
What to do then? I really got lot’s of value from your posts. You inspired me big time.
I managed to setup my own websites through your free videos. I really got my html skills updated al lot from your content.
As well I managed to setup a few blogs for my projects… I did setup my own personal blog too. (I have to admit I copied your blog style
)
It was just so overwhelming what is out there in regards to templates… Anyway I think to copy success is what brings results quickly. Especially as a newbie…
Check it out one day! http://www.mattdippl.com
I am on Eben’s Ignition program in the moment and I will post some goodies on my blog about it as well. So come and have a look guys!
Again Kris. You rock… Awesome leadership:)
All the Best,
Matt
Kris,
Great info you have to share with us. But the thing is that i have so much to do i do not know where to start.
John
Kris,
Great info and very useable. I recently read a book about ‘Getting your head and inbox empty!’ (it’s a dutch book). Which is helping me a lot with my todo lists, projects and other stuff. Works with outlook so no extra investments in software (if you work with outlook).
Henk.
Hey Chris,
Love your site the content and the graphics are
super cool.
Many thanks for the great tips and tricks.
Martin

Hi Kris,
Love all your info! thanks for sharing!
Hope I don’t come off sounding too old or something, but for such a young guy you are definitely motivated and into things that guys your age are generally not thinking about. I can tell that you will be going places. I am a fan of Eban Pagan too and though i have not watched Reese video yet, I plan to do so.
What really impressed me right from the get go is that you are using a mind map-what program are you using? Can you provide a link? Keep up the great work Kris! Thanks
Awesome tips, man!
Thanks!!!
Hi Chris,
Hey, thanks for the all the great info. I know the way you explain it is the way it should be done, but I get side tracked so easy. I set up my to do list and start out just fine and then something will happen unexpectedly and I'm off in another direction. It takes a lot of self control and sticking to the plan. Have a great day and I will talk to you soon.
John
Love all your videos Kris. I easily get sidetracked even with my “To Do,” list. I love creating videos and writing articles for my blog but many times at the end of the day, I didn’t get all the videos done that I planned to record. I will definitely take your advice and work in two-hour chunks of time and prioritize. Thanks for sharing. You rock!
Every now and then I need to do a refresher exercise like you to do list. since its the New Year this exercise is a good one.
Exellent tips.
This is somenthing I practise as I tick away things in my bucket list.
Casper
As always Kris, great stuff man. The whole “to do list ” thing is so overlooked. Even if you just make the effort to write it down will help you to remember and that’s part of the problem of overload. Writing it down is like cleaning your “C-drive” or taking the trash out. It makes more room, and when you write it down you now have the memory of doing something physically not just intellectually or mentally.
Hey.. if it’s good enough for Kris Mainieri and John Reece, it’s good enough for me. Thnx Kris.
Len.
Kris:
I first viewed this back in July, and this is April. The system works although I find the three lists hard to keep up with. I guess maybe I have taken the “Power of Less” to the one list option. I do follow your advice on the two hour blocks give or take a little, and I put the list in priority order. I agree the hardest part of this plan is to take action and not loose your focus. I really need to work on the focus part. At any rate that is my progress on this plan.
Once again, “thanks” for all that you do.
Regards,
Peggy
Hey Kris,
thank you for this insight. Absolutely right, I have just realised that in two hours I do so much nonsense. What a waste of time….
Will try this now properly without distructions.
The only thing is…some people (including me) are full time employed (for now). And to me this is the biggest chalennge yet,. how to organize my to do list then. How to sort priorities out etc..
Cheers
Alex
Hello there kris Mainiera
I love to work along with you and you are right writing out powerful to do list is the best options to do. Why because i was buying a few submit to purchase or order and trying to do everything all at once i got confused at the end of it i gave up. Thnx for all your vids, I’m going thru all of them, you’re a great guy and looks like we ALL appreciate your time and effort to show us how you do things!
I know it’s been a while since you posted this vid, but I’ve watched your vid here and will be watching the brain reboot vid in the morning!
Hope you’re doing GREAT!
I’m excited to get this list going, organized, prioritized, etc! Woohooo!
Sincerely,
Todd…
Wow…all you won’t believe…Just few minutes ago…I decided to have more focus in my online efforts to create my living online. I am feeling like…God is there and want me to have some lectures about being focus.
Thanks for sharing…most important…the time when you have sent your mail containing this link.
Vikash
This is a great video. Time management and focusing on the most important tasks are characteristics of the most successful people in all fields of work. I like your style, easy to understand and very valuable info passed on without getting lectured at.
Hey Kris,
Thanks for the great video!
Hi Kris,
I watched your to do list video and what i like are the 3 lists(list of all things you need to do, list of all things you want, list of things you fear)that would be made to come up with final list to prioritize and then give focus for 2 hours on the most important items without interruptions. I thought to myself, it’s a brilliant idea, the 3 lists will seem to declog(reboot) the brain and at times that you’re uneasy you could refer to this list to find out what you really want and what fears you are feeling unlike if you only have “Things to do today”. Thank you very much.
Hi Kris
As Always great advice, It so easy get side tracked especially if you don’t want to do the job.
Thanks
Take Care
Thanks for this Chris – today I am at a regrouping place, and this video is perfect!
Working on my lists and will let you know how I go.
Kris,
First of all, you have a wonderfully sweet and fresh way about you.

Wow, Thank you for the assistance. it’s exactly what I need at this time.
I have been aware of the concept, basically, for a number of years,
but this covers it all so simply an completely. I am excited to get
going on it and sharing it with my therapist.
I’ll post a comment after I completed the task. All the best,
Karin Haworth
